New monthly subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Payment information is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you owe nothing. If you do not cancel, your card is automatically charged for the first month at the end of day 7.
Fleet admins can add and test drivers with no long-term commitment. If you remove a driver seat within 15 days of that driver joining (strictly under 15 days), the pro-rated seat charge is automatically credited back to your account as a Stripe credit note applied to your next invoice. Driver seats removed on or after day 15 are not auto-refunded. This does not apply to Solo Driver subscriptions.
Once the trial converts, monthly charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Cancel any time from the in-app Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
