Refund Policy

5-day free trial

New monthly subscribers get a 5-day free trial. Payment information is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you owe nothing. If you do not cancel, your card is automatically charged for the first month at the end of day 5.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied after being charged, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any charge (initial or renewal). This is the standard refund window provided by our payment processor.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle (our Merchant of Record). To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using your email and order number from your receipt, or
2. Email us at info@boreaelixirs.com and we'll process it on your behalf.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
